April 18, 2014

Olikara participates in debate on the role of the Millennial generation in the future of American politics.

Join the Amherst Political Union, the Debate Team and Millennial Action Project (MAP) President Steven Olikara as we debate the role of the Millennial generation in the future of American politics. The discussion will take place on April 16, 2014 from 8:30-9:30PM in Fayerweather Hall at Amherst College.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Truman Scholar and two-time Udall Scholar, Olikara founded MAP with the goal of remedying political partisanship and stagnation by promoting young leadership. MAP has been instrumental in founding the Congressional Future Caucus, which advocates for innovative solutions to critical long-term issues. More information about the event can be found here.
